Aziz Maraka (Arabic: عزيز مرقة) was born in Tunisia in 1983, lived there for ten years, then moved with his parents to Jordan where he grew up. He had always had a keyboard, and started taking piano lessons with Travelian Sako when he was twelve years old, reaching grade eight. In 2001, he went to the Music Academy of Jordan for one year, then was granted a scholarship to study in the U.S.A where he finished his Bachelor studies in Music Composition. .
